This webinar will introduce how Per Scholas partners with community colleges, workforce boards, and training providers to co-develop and deliver high-impact, employer-aligned training pathways. Grounded in shared ecosystem work through EDL and initiatives like the Texas Flywheel, the session will highlight where collaboration can accelerate program development, expand training capacity, and improve student outcomes.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of:

  • How Per Scholas integrates with existing college and workforce programs as a delivery and innovation partner

  • Opportunities to co-design short-term, stackable credential pathways aligned with employer demand and state performance frameworks (e.g., HB 8)

  • Emerging training areas such as data center operations and critical facilities, and how partners can align to these high-growth sectors

  • Models for leveraging employer partnerships, hands-on training, and new technologies (including simulation-based learning) to strengthen workforce pipelines

The session will also outline potential collaboration pathways for institutions seeking to expand or enhance their workforce offerings whether through curriculum alignment, co-delivery models, or employer engagement strategies.
